I've just recently upgraded MSFE.

I've clicked the "Access Mailwatch" button, and a new window is opened and an error message appears.

Cannot find configuration value: VirusScanners in /usr/mailscanner/etc/MailScanner.conf

Does anyone know what I should do? this hasn't happened before.

Not seeing that.

What version of WHM/cPanel?

On checking the file mailscanner.conf the virusscanner line is empty

What should normally be on that line?

Meaning Virus Scanners = or Virus Scanning = ?

For Virus Scanners we're using clamd

For Virus Scanning = we're using a ruleset directive - %rules-dir%/virus.scanning.rules
