Errors Mailscanner

i know this is knot the right forum but i can`t find the right one.
After upgrading to mailscanner 2.56 with the mailscanner frontend. Mailscanner wont start
The messages logs says:
May 15 10:48:16 amy MailScanner: MailScanner shutdown failed
May 15 10:48:16 amy runuser: stdin: is not a tty
May 15 10:48:16 amy runuser: You must specify direct recipients with -s, -c, or -b.
May 15 10:48:16 amy runuser: /root/.bash_profile: line 16: server@optixdesigns.com: command not found
May 15 10:48:16 amy runuser: -bash: /usr/mailscanner/bin/check_mailscanner: No such file or directory
May 15 10:48:16 amy MailScanner: check_mailscanner startup failed
also, the configuration file and rulesets has disapperead aswell.
Seems the upgrade went wrong. Any ideas?
