ip getting blacklisted again and again

We have dedicate server and which centos with cpanel and multiple domains hosted on it
Our dedicate ip is 95.216.42.246
We have installed csf firewall on it
We are getting issue since 2 weeks
our ip get blacklisted again again
on CBL and spamhaus and they give reason as given below
Technical details of the matsnu detection
This was detected by a tcp connection from 95.216.42.246 on port 47694, to the sinkhole IP address 216.218.185.162 on port 80.
The detection that caused this listing corresponds to a connection on January 28 2021, 21:57:32 UTC.
We have block this ip in csf firewall 216.218.185.162 but again we blacklisted and getting same error
We are unable to find out the root cause why ip get listed again and again and giving same reason
Please guide me how to resolved this issue
