If someone with this specific problem can log a ticket on our helpdesk with SSH root access details, I'd be happy to look into it so that we can develop a fix:

too bad the support wasn't better or some had more time to spend helping to get the problems solved.
I still have a lfd service that wont start and cant see why either, no problems with install the test feature says it should work fine, but it dont.
only other problem I had was one that said the lfd.log file wasnt there, and it wasnt.
thinking on just un installing and going back to the setup I had, Too bad this looked so promising and a great add on plugin.
this would be one of those worthy scripts that deserve donations

If you can log a ticket on our help desk with SSH access to the server I'd be happy to take a look at the problem.

I've solve the problem after I try to excute csfui.pl in csf install folder ...

[root@venus csf]# ./csfui.pl
Can't locate LWP/UserAgent.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/csf /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/i386-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at ./csfui.pl line 1580.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at ./csfui.pl line 1580.

after that, I install the libwww via yum
[root@venus csf]# yum install perl-libwww-perl.noarch

and here shows the web interface inside the directadmin management page
