Apple Safari/Mail (Mac or iPhone) can't load content from the server

Hi,

I recently installed CSF with default rules in a cPanel/AlmaLinux with LiteSpeed.
When accessing a link like http://example.com/dir/image.jpg Safari keeps loading until "error connecting..."
If I disable CSF it works.

I can't find any logs about this issue... no logs for blocked or other issues, it just drops...
