Block FTP Access except for whitelisted IP's

I want to block normal ftp and tls ftp to anyone from outside except for those on the lfd ignore file.

Is this relatively straight forward?

What back end are you using.

Host Access Control in WHM will perform this brilliantly.

Yes but would be nice to also get csf to handle it.

It's as simple as removing the FTP ports from TCP_IN/OUT. IPs on Whitelist will not be blocked.
