Doesn't work "Enable Incoming Only Email Scanning"

Hello, I have a problem, "Enable In Only" button doesn't work.
When I press it everything seems to be fine but the mail is still checked for in/out spam.
At the top of the program's interface I have " MailScanner Status: Running "In/Out" Scanning".
How can I fix it?

It is no longer possible to use incoming-only scanning.
