Transfer mailscanner from 1 server to another

Guys,

I purchased a mailscanner for a server and now I have the server transferred to a new DC . Since this is a one time payment and for 1 server, I need to have my mailscanner from transferred from the old box to the new one. Please advice me as to how this can be done from my end for this. Thank you

To transfer your MailScanner Front-End License to the new server you simply need to tell us both the old and new IP addresses.

To install MailScanner etc. on your new server, you can either do it yourself following the instructions for a basic install here:

Hello Sarah,

I had this setup as per your instructions on the new server and got it to be running. But after that all our users started facing the issue with the mails being held up or not being delivered to the users in the inbox. It gets placed in the mailscanner folder for this pending delivery to the inbox , making it difficult. Further we had to uninstall and remove it from the whm to get things back working for this. Please advice us more on this . Thank you
