Mail Queue button for DENY delivery (hope you understand me)

hello, would be nice to add this feature to the MAIL QUEUE, many of the stuck emails are because, the sender type:

@hotmail.com.com
@hotmailh.com
@hotmai.com
@yahooo.com.mx

wrong address are wrote, can we have a button, to click and RETURN email to sender, with a MESSAGE?? for example

i press that button and add this message "EMAIL IS INCORRECT, PLEASE VERIFY" or any other message. ;)

so sender take care of that and fix it. so they dont do any mistake again.

would be awesome, i have like 40 in queue, because customers write in a wrong way the email

the exim delivery system has already alerted the sender of the email that the email has not been delivered, inside the email is a note saying that the system will be trying to deliver the email and exim will wait up to 4 days and after that time the email is deleted. So, I think it is not necessary to tell the user something that he already knows and in most of the cases they will see the error and will resend the email to the correct email address.

The bad thing is that the wrong emails will be in your QUEUE for 4 days if you don't delete them first.

And the problem is most of the users dont read mail, just tell us, the IT "i can't send emails, please check"

and in the email says on english "because of this"

but if i send something in my language and in RED colour, they should check it.

Normally i check the QUEUE each 1-2 days to delete wrong emails.

Try to customize the message EXIM send to the user, follow this link:

You can modify EXIM in WHM using the advance editor.
