cannot login with ip, unblocked

Hi there

thanks for the great product.

my office has static ip : eg 100.100.100.128

we cannot login the webmail/cpanel using the office wifi (same ip)
but we can login in mobile 3G , with another ip

we can double checked that ip is unblocked in the white list, still can not login with the ip
even try disable csf and lfd, still not working

is any idea for this ?

Check if your IP is not blocked by cPHulk Brute Force Protection .

Also add your IP to the White List (Trusted IP List) there as well ..

in addition, you might also retry with proxy :
http://webmail.domain.xyz
http://cpanel.domain.xyz

if it works, then you should check and make sure ports 2082,2083, 2095 and 2096 are allowed on your network.
