IP address deny -> Redirect to an other Page

Hi,

How can i redirect deny IPs to another page in another server.
now when IP deny,user can't access to the server. I want to redirect my User to another page in another server and tell them, what happened and how can they solve problem.

Anybody ever find a way to do this?! Old thread, I know...but this one went unanswered.

I'm faced with constantly asking people for their IP address, contact info, etc. It would be great to be able to automatically have denied people land on a page with a form that they could fill out for name, email address and have the IP address automatically populated for them so all they have to do is submit and we get an email with their info.

Right now, this is a tedious process, and our #1 support request ("blocked...unblock me"), but we can try to make this easier if something like this is possible.
