In Directadmin on Centos 7 with CSF v14,
the option CC_ALLOW_SMTPAUTH is no longer available.
Making it impossible to specify country codes that are allowed to connect to smtp.

I've edited the csf.config manually instead of via the Directadmin plugin.
When adding the CC_ALLOW_SMTPAUTH to the file, it appeared in the plugin too.
Guess update v14 corrupted the csf.config file somehow.
