CC_IGNORE not working after upgrade to csf: v12.02

We neither test on or support OS's that have passed EOL. As CentOS v5 went EOL over a year ago now, it is inevitable that features are going to break down (see the note that has long appeared on the csf web page).

If you want to continue using csf on an EOL OS it is at your own risk. To use CC_IGNORE you are going to have to either periodically provide the expanded MaxMind data files either directly or from a server running a supported OS, or switch CC_LOOKUPS to using option "4".

These legacy servers are scheduled to be upgraded this month so its not a problem. Thanks again!
