Check apache for mod_cloudflare in Check Server Security
false reporting module not installed because module changed it's name from
mod_cloudflare to
cloudflare_module

[root@server ~]# httpd -M | grep flare
cloudflare_module (shared)

I don't know what you are reporting here. The csf Server Check already looks for cloudflare_module in the httpd -M output and reports it accordingly.

Well when i run server check it says i do not have it

What is the path to the httpd binary that you are running?:
What control panel, if any, are you using?
What version of Apache is it?
