Suggestion for ARF Reporting

Please consider adding the ability for CSF to automatically send the ARF report to the abuse email address of the authorized party who has control over the IP address involved in the abuse.

This would be really nice to have; it looks like fail2ban has a "complain" function, something similar would be great.

The new ARF reporting with the inclusion of the abuse contact address is a great upgrade. It would be nice if you could automatically send ARF reports to abuse contacts EXCEPT in the country codes listed. You would then be able to inspect the ones that you care about but the rest of the world receives emails automatically.
