We will be closing our Store, Sales and Helpdesk from 17:30 Friday, 21st December 2018 to 09:00 Wednesday, 2nd January 2019. No orders, support requests or sales emails will be processed between those dates.
If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period.

At present, we have a certain folder in our ignore file since we don't want the entries quarantined (lots of false positives for said folder).
We'd like to have said folder still be scanned and alert if there is a potential false positive, just not have the matched files quarantined. With the current options, as best we can see, there is no way to ignore a folder for just quarantining.
We'd suggest the ability to have a quarantine specific ignore file. Files/folders, etc. in said file would still be scanned and alerted but would not be quarantined.
