CXS Stopped Status

I'm getting an issue with cxs it shows service is stopped even i have start the service and it shows:

#/etc/init.d/cxswatch start
Starting cxswatch daemon:Error: Another instance of cxswatch is runningCode: Select all
# /etc/init.d/cxswatch status
Status of cxswatch daemon: Stopped
