Hi
Each time I try up upgrade MSFE or Clamav I get the following output as shown below and the package does not get updated.
ClamAV (Current:v0.92 New:v0.93.1)
MailScanner Front-End (Current:v4.22 New:v4.23)

This suggests a network or DNS problem. Check whether your DNS lookups are working, and that there is no problem with the network your server is on.
You could try upgrading MSFE manually in SSH by following the instructions here:
http://www.configserver.com/cp/msfeinstaller.html
That might give you a better indication of what the problem is.
