i'm scared mail will not get deliverd

Hello,
in here https://support.configserver.com/en/kno ... ailscanner it says "We specifically recommend disabling Sender Verification Callouts" i need that setting enabled or my mail is not being delivered that is the only reason stopping me from installing this product any way around ?.
my host uses a smarthost smtprelay without it you are unable to send any mail
