Proper way to discard deliveries to noreply email addresses?

Hi, Sarah.
Some customers turned on the Auto Reply option in cPanel and all the no reply addresses are bounced back and stays there on the QUEUE waiting to be delivered for 4 days taking server time until them are discarded..

May I can add the no reply emails to a kind of outgoing mail blacklist, so, when an Auto Reply sends the email, MailScanner can delete it?

I was thinking something like:
To: From:*@* no

Any idea on how to do this?
