After upgrading via WHM, I now have a white screen when ConfigServer MailScanner FE is clicked. I also performed a manual install using the following but I still don't get the UI. Running a tail did show results so that was working.

FYI: I also can't upgrade CXS which I posted in the CXS board.

I have the same problem.

I tried to remove and install again and now the plugin has disappeared from WHM and it no longer appears.

Try using our updater script to resolve this:
