Mailscanner removing attachments - please help

Post by metalpotatouk »

Hi guys,

I had MailScanner installed and one client has complained that a pptx file has been removed from a legitimate email. Could somebody please tell me where the setting is to disable removal of suspected dangerous attachements, or can i setup a way for emails from that senders address to not filter the emails contents?

I have attached the txt file that was appended to the legitimate email by MailScanner.

Your help would sincerely be appreciated. I also do not know how to do command line stuff so please if you could help me do whatever i need to do via the GUI i would appreciate it
