ConfigServer Explorer stopped working after WHM upgrade

Hello,

First let me compliment you on an awesome piece of software! It is one of the most handiest tools I use quite often as an Admin.

However, recently I went to use it and received an error message that prevented access to the script.

It occurred after a recent WHM upgrade.

Here is the error message I received.

Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addon_cse.cgi): The subprocess reported error number 255 when it ended.

I did some searching on Google but haven't found anything specific to ConfigServer Explorer yet, has anyone else experienced this error?

We are using

CENTOS 6.8 x86_64 standard – host WHM 60.0 (build 24)

Any information or help you can provide would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Scott

Also on 60 B24 and not seeing that behavior although using Centos 7.2.

Have you considered uninstalling and reinstalling?

Code: Select all

addon_cse.cgi
means you are running an ancient version of the script. Do as sawbuck suggests or if you have more than one of our scripts:
