NINJA button is not working.

Hi Sarah,
I have seen that the NINJA button is not working, when I try to use it, it shows the following message:
ConfigServer Mail Manage
File [/home/domain/mail/] not found
cmm: v1.23
©2006-2013, ConfigServer Services (Way to the Web Limited)
and it is not true, the directory does exist and have a few emails in there.

I have tried with different users and with all it is the same.
