Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed
Maximum percentage of failed or deferred messages a domain may send per hour
Now my concern is when I change the maxim email limits it changes them to 2500 for example but it doesn't change the "Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed" option from the server's default of 500. Customers that send email could be relaying messages from their scripts or websites. With this option stuck at 500 wouldn't it prevent them from sending the 2500 emails if they go to send them?
cPanel support says the "Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed" need to be changed otherwise it will use the server's default. So this would be a bug as of now.
You are correct. You should set the limit to 2500, in the package, for accounts that you want increase the sending limit beyond the default tweak settings limit of 500. I recommend creating a new package just for the accounts that you'd like to have a 2500 limit.
