Big queue in cmq emails are not processing

Hi im getting this in the log of email

2014-12-11 20:25:13 1XzEyl-0005oL-KN unable to set gid=511 or uid=509 (euid=47): system filter
2014-12-11 20:25:13 1XzEyl-0005oL-KN internal problem in system filter: failure to transfer data from subprocess: status=0100 readerror='No such file or directory'
2014-12-11 20:25:13 1XzEyl-0005oL-KN Error in system filter: internal problem in system filter: failure to transfer data from subprocess: status=0100 readerror='No such file or directory'

so i have a big queue i already tried to update mailscanner, restart, etc. but without luck how i can fix this issue?

That looks like an exim issue rather than a MailScanner issue. Have you seen any errors in /var/log/maillog? Are the emails in the exim delivery queue or the mailscanner processing queue? If the former, it's exim. You will probably need to disable MailScanner and get cPanel to look at it.
