Hello!

I can see from the WHM that Mailscanner Front-End shows (in black) the blocked spam, however the user receives all blocked spam emails in their email account.

Can someone tell me how to fix it?

In the MSFE/Mailwatch days, there was an option in conf.php to view the quarantined messages in HTML format. Would it be possible to add a similar option in MSFE/MailControl, so we don't have to first download the message and then open it in an eml-aware email client to see the HTML version?

Is there a direct URL where a Cpanel user can log in to MailControl without having to go through all the Cpanel menus?

Do you have any plans to enable the Digest Emails per email address, where the email owner can log in to MailControl with their email credentials, so they would get restricted to viewing and managing their own emails only?

We run MailScanner and MFE on around 30 servers and always have an issue if we need to make a change, particularly to the following 2 files:

spam.whitelist.rules
spam.blacklist.rules

We get the same SPAM on all servers so I am thinking about a way to populate the rules to all servers.

So far I am thinking that if we keep a central URL where we can edit both files and store them, eg....

Would you or Jonathan, please, consider to add the option to order by domain on the From Address / To Address column in MailControl?

It will gives us a really nice tool to see what domains are sending a lot of spam and proceed accordingly.

Quite a while back I have purchased MSFE (it was installed by ConfigServer staff). At some point we have reached the conclusion that Clam signatures are outdated. I am not very sure what we've tried back then but we may have installed ClamAV for cPanel from WHM Plugins (this being after MSFE was installed by CS staff).

I'm not sure what's going on and would appreciate some help.

Over the last few days, email is being marked as spam and subsequently posted in the spam box.
However, it's SpamAssasin which appears to be doing this.

eg. Mailscanner scores it say 4.5 and should be delivered to the inbox, but when I look in the message headers, SpamAssasin has given it a score of 5.6 and sent it to spam instead....

When I try to access ConfigServer MailScanner Front-End v8.23 via WHM I get the following error.

Yesterday I saw that was an update available, so I clicked the button and updated, but today when I logged in, the buttons don't work. It's only on Mailscanner, not on any other element in WHM. Any thoughts? I can do anything else, just can't click on Mail Control or any of the buttons in MSFE. I just tested and found that this happens in Google Chrome, but not in Brave or Firefox. In the MailControl view, I would like to have a new search criteria option for finding all message log entries with attachments. It would be nice to search by:

Attachment - Does Not Have Attachment; =0 Number of Attachment(s) = 0.
Attachment - Has attachments; >=1 Any number of attachments greater than 0..
Attachment - Has X or fewer number of attachments; = User Input: Greater Than or...

There is always a spam folder usually, from Spamassassin or assp deluxe.

We need to roll out a change to update the high spam score action to 'delete' on many servers. This was achieved by:

sed -i 's/deliver$/delete/g' /usr/mailscanner/etc/rules/spamhigh.action.rules

However, although the file has updated and the defaults for all accounts are now delete in the correct file, the cPanel or WHM UI has not updated to show this change (although i'm assuming...

In Mailscanner Front End > Mail Control, if I run a search it only shows messages from the last month. Is there a way to extend this so it shows older messages?
