i love this module so much . last some days cpanel price update we are moving on directadmin. but this cmm not supporting on directadmin. any new update can can for direcadmin support?

Since a recent cPanel or CMM upgrade, the hability to see the email contents using CMM do not work anymore.

The Subject appear as and the content as scrambled code.

How do we can see the contents as before?
This was a very useful tool to identify problems with emails.

We have a single account that for whatever reason was running mdbox formatting mailboxes. A recent cpanel webmail update did something to cause all emails (thousands) to no longer be viewable from webmail. I cannot see them in cmm either. We have installed CMM - ConfigServer Mail Manage, and we would like to know how the hourly shipping limit is calculated.

For example, if I send 5 messages, with 20 senders in copy, will 5 contacts be sent or 5 x 20 = 100 messages sent?

Not sure if this is a cpanel thing or some change in a new update but im seeing that all mail is listing as No Subject when viewing the mail in CMM and if you try and view the email is showing up as scrambled gibberish (encoded i assume)

this started happening on all of our servers 2 days ago...

has something just changed or is there a bug somewhere?

I have noticed that cmm has a very hard time dealing with opening mail accounts from a domain that has 50+ accounts when the server has a high load of work.. It doesn't load at all, no matter how long you leave it to load the email accounts.

My server has 4 cores, and I have seen it hang starting from 2 load average.

Since the UX was changed there seems to be no way to open more than one item at once.
In the old days it was possible to open items in a new tab.

The new UX can be very uncomfortable when opening items in a long list. If the item is at the end of the list, the message itself will be displayed at the top of the page. So you have to scroll back and fourth to check new items. The simple way of...

Can someone clarify which service takes priority when using both cPanel (WHN) and Configserver to limit email sending.

Email sends can be limited:
1) by WHM setting (Server Configuration>Tweak Settings>Max hourly emails per domain
2) by Product Specific setting (Packages>Edit a Package>Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed
3) by Configserver (Plugins>Configserver Mail Manage>Manage Mail Hourly...

Hi, mdbox was released by cpanel over 6 months ago, and has 'limited functionality' within CMM.

Do you have any plans to extend support for cmm to mdbox mailboxes, as these are a much more efficient mailbox format.

One of my resellers cleaned out an account and later found out the client was using their webmail to store contacts. It was assumed mail manager deleted emails and there was no documents that said when the emails were deleted that it would aggressively delete every single thing on the account. Seems odd to me that it would do this but apparently it did. Is there any way to restore this...

We are using cmm 1.33. Using WHM, cmm and Dovecot, we can see messages in the customer's inbox. Customer can get messages using Outlook, However, Horde, Squirrel and Roundcube show NO messages at all. I have run fix mailbox permissions. Where else can I look?

got a weird issue occuring where no email accounts are listing under the domains of clients in Mail Manage

the forwarders show up but nothing for the email accounts, however they are showing up in cPanel and webmail without issue

Ive tried a forced upcp, a forced eximup and reinstalled mailmanage and done a permissions check and still no joy

any ideas whats going on?

I'm using WHM 11.44.1 (build 11) and cmm v1.29

I'm finding that sometimes the default cPanel user email account will show up and sometimes it won't, even if it does or does not have mail in it.

Is there some way I can make sure it always shows the default cPanel user?
