Since you appear to be on a VPS, your server provider would need to enable the required modules on the host node.

Also on 60 B24 and not seeing that behavior although using Centos 7.2.
Have you considered uninstalling and reinstalling?

Could be temporary blocks - /var/lib/csf/csf.tempban
If you're on a cPanel/WHM server the CSF interface has a "Search for IP" function that might be more useful.

You can access MC outside of WHM similar to what was available in MailWatch.
