I'd say it looks normal.
Message IDs are being logged to the database and MailScanner was restarted 47 times and read the configuration files on restart.

CIDR notation would still require multiple entries but would shrink the total to single digits from dozens.

If you're using WHM/cPanel there are some options in ver 60 that are configurable per address.
Can't say I've tested them all and they may well produce similar results but might be worth investigating.
