Re: MSFE - ERROR: Unsupported OS: [Redhat] [CloudLinux Server release 6.10 (Vladimir Lyakhov)] [ipv4]
Hello, CloudLinux 6 is no longer a supported operating system since November 2020, and we have not supported it since then. You will not be able to upgrade MSFE until you move to a supported operating system. Instructions to uninstall MailScanner and MSFE can be found in the knowledgebase: https://s...

Re: Issue since update
If you use nano to edit the file you can go to a specific line number. Run the command "man nano" for instructions on how to use nano.

Re: virus.scanning.rules will revert
If you are using our MSFE, you usually should not directly edit the standard rules files including virus.scanning.rules. You should change the settings via the MSFE instead, to enable or disable virus scanning for domains. The rules files are updated by the MSFE back-end scripts to keep them in line...

Re: /home/{user}/.spamassassin/user_prefs seem to be ignored
With MailScanner/MSFE, user-specific spamassassin preferences are not used. It only uses the central .cf files in /etc/mail/spamassassin.

Re: Allow executable file per file extension basis
We are not the developers of MailScanner itself, so I cannot verify whether it is a feature they are working on. In any case we usually do not integrate new versions of MailScanner into our MailScanner Front-End install right away, because we need to ensure that there are no changes that will cause ...
