Re: Prevent domain from being blocked
Only by IP or CIDR not by domain.

Re: lfd/csf block Google PageSpeed Insights website speed test
Is port 443 listed in the TCP_IN and TCP_OUT sections of the IPv4 and IPv6 Port Settings?
Are you using PSInsights from the Google Search Console or within a browser with Developer Tools?

Try removing port 25 from TCP_IN and TCP_OUT for both IPv4 and IPv6.

Re: IP is not in csf.deny but is getting redirected
Just a guess.
Sounds like a configuration issue with Messenger service.as the REDIRECT ports are the defaults listed in the csf.conf.

Re: cPanel root access alert exception
What root logins - SSH, su to root using SSH or WHM?
If "su", try setting LF_SU_EMAIL_ALERT.
Assume you've restarted CSF/LFD after making previous changes?

Add your IP to csf.ignore.

Re: root login via WHM notification email did not generate
Assume you've confirmed your IP isn't in either csf.allow or csf.ignore?
Other thing I'd rule out is whether alerts are working if you change "root" to "all", restart CSF/LFD and try logging in with a cPanel user account.

Re: root login via WHM notification email did not generate
UI_ALERT settings refer to the Integrated User Interface not cPanel/WHM logins.
Check that LF_CPANEL_ALERT is enabled instead.
