Re: Route emails to the ‘SPAM’ folder

Hello, You need to ask your hosting provider to contact us via our helpdesk to assist them in configuring MailScanner Front-End correctly. There is nothing you can do via the user account interface and no point in trying to educate your provider indirectly through you. Regards, Sarah Configserver.com

It's in WHM MSFE > Front-End Settings > End User Settings > MailControl for Users, and various settings under that section.

Re: cron job for csf update not working

Send us an email or log a ticket on the helpdesk (https://support.configserver.com/) with your server IP address and we'll check to see if it is blocked in the download server's firewall.

Re: First time ever CXS rule is not working, why?

Hi Sergio,

By default cxs will not scan files outside the users public_html directory, so unless you have disabled this limitation (by removing --www or unchecking the option in the wizards) then it will not be scanning those files at all.

Re: Service Failure Issues

What are you seeing in the actual application logs themselves, i.e. cxswatch.log, lfd.log, osmd.log? They generally provide more useful information.
