Hello, You need to ask your hosting provider to contact us via our helpdesk to assist them in configuring MailScanner Front-End correctly. There is nothing you can do via the user account interface and no point in trying to educate your provider indirectly through you. Regards, Sarah Configserver.com

It's in WHM MSFE > Front-End Settings > End User Settings > MailControl for Users, and various settings under that section.

Hi Sergio,
By default cxs will not scan files outside the users public_html directory, so unless you have disabled this limitation (by removing --www or unchecking the option in the wizards) then it will not be scanning those files at all.

If there are no errors in the script logs then it may be something external that is killing the processes, which you'll need to investigate. Have you installed any third party script that may be configured to terminate other processes? Feel free to log a ticket on the helpdesk if you'd like assistan...

What are you seeing in the actual application logs themselves, i.e. cxswatch.log, lfd.log, osmd.log? They generally provide more useful information.
