No, the LF_LF_DIRWATCH_FILE setting doesn't use LF_DIRWATCH_DISABLE

We may be releasing a generic installation of csf+lfd in the future, but I have no timescales for doing so.

lfd already does that with the LF_DIRWATCH_FILE setting and the csf.dirwatch file.

If you have our MailWatch Front-End installed you can get a list of all the SA rules installed on the server and their descriptions under the Tools menu within MailWatch.

/scripts/installzendopt should have nothing whatsoever to do with phpsuexec - sounds like something else went awry during a apache/php update.

Those replace lines are actual shell commands and that's all you need to run.

The simplest way to install it is to use:

/scripts/installzendopt

You probably forgot to remove a previous installation in the directory that you downloaded cmm to as the version in the tarball on the website is correct. Try downloading to a new empty directoty and installing it again.

/usr/local/lib/php.ini should be a symlink to /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini if you have installed Zend Optimizer correctly, so it does not matter which file you edit. In fact, it's better to edit it via the /usr/local/lib/php.ini symlink since that's the reference that php is looking at.

You really needed to have had a look at the email headers which would have included the spam scoring and the reasons for the score to help you understand why the emails were receiving a score high enough to be calssed as spam.
