blocked with too many connections
First off, Chirpy, I want to thank you for your products. I've been using them for years, including your server hardening services. I love you! A clients PHP script is trying to access maps.googleapis.com, which currently resolves to 216.58.218.170 (of course this resolves to other IPs based on DNS ...

Re: Filter quarantine log
FYI, I set DKIM checking and fail as Enabled, as well as Sender Verify Callouts, and this caused nothing but trouble, with my clients... Every server under the sun, (so it seemed) needed to be whitelisted because they were either not responding correctly to the callouts, or the DKIM keys were incorr...

Re: Filter quarantine log
Well, that was too easy. Followup questions: 1) When looking at a message in quarantine, and you decide to make it as "Spam+Report" who is the email getting reported to? 2) Is there a way to automatically have it "delete" + "Spam+Report" on all messages with a score ove...

Filter quarantine log
I have setup the quarantine log to capture copies of all accepted, and rejected emails.
Is there any way I can filter these results, to filter out emails that meet criteria like Subject content, or from address?

Re: Followed this faq
I followed a link in a forum post.
My concern was the setup script deleted some folders, or at least tried to.

Followed this faq
http://www.configserver.com/techfaq/index.php?faqid=44 I followed this faq, and when running the new cron utility I get: ./sa_rules.sh: line 2: /usr/bin/sa-update: No such file or directory ./sa_rules.sh: line 3: /usr/bin/sa-update: No such file or directory Reloading MailScanner workers: Is this an...

Re: From address whitlisting
Yes, this would be a great thing to be able to access from within WHM somewhere! MSFE would be a reasonable place, even if it has nothing to do with MS.

Re: From address whitlisting
I was under the impression the whitelisting happened BEFORE the RBL listing. Not because I really thought about it, but because someone had suggested that the MSFE whitelisting would be the solution to this same problem a month or so ago. I cannot whitelist the IP's sending for this address, because...

From address whitlisting
In Mailscanner Frontend (as both server, and account) I have a domain whitelisted, let's say I am using *@xxx55.com My customer (not hosting customer) sends from the address Frank@XXX55.com and gets rejected due to his mailserver at bluehost being listed in the spamcop blacklist. The bluehost mail s...
