You can easily put this in the add-ons. Just search for the text and replace it

It would also be nice, but might get out of control, where if an IP delivers X amount of HIGH SCORE SPAM in Y minutes it goes into the TEMP IP BAN or PERM IP BAN as a SPAMMER.

According to Kenneth Power this has been fixed as of the 12th. Guess we just wait for it to push now.
