Sounds like you are trying to run something that reqiures a response, interactively in the cse virtual console, which you can't do. You'll have to actually do it in ssh.

I sent you a private message telling you why your thread was deleted and suggesting that you log a ticket on the helpdesk. Any support for the MailScanner service package is done through the helpdesk. Also we certainly would not have deleted your helpdesk account. If you PM me or email sales@waytoth...

Have you looked in MailWatch for these disappearing emails? We sometimes see this happening when a user's IP address gets listed in one of the RBLs.

You could try manually running the mail through spamassassin in debug mode to see exactly what it is hitting on in the email. Save the email in a text file, i.e. email.txt, and do:

spamassassin -t -D < email.txt

Is that the only URL that is present in the email? As you have mentioned, that domain or its IP address does not appear to be in any block lists currently. If that's the only URL in the email, then I'm afraid I can't really offer any other suggestions or more information. Are these emails being bloc...

There was a problem with the rules du jour website as well as a bug in one version of the rules du jour script. We would recommend upgrading to the sa_rules.sh script that we are now using in MailScanner installs. Instructions are in this FAQ:

The URIBL_SBL rule hits when the message body contains a URL that is listed in the SBL blocklist, it's nothing to do with the IP address that the message was sent from. :)

This is most likely the content scanning which checks for dangerous html (which includes forms in html emails) and disables them. To disable this checking, look in MailScanner.conf (via the WHM front-end if you have it) for "Allow Form Tags =". Set the value of this to yes if you want to allow form ...

The modified subject lines are controlled by /usr/mailscanner/etc/MailScanner.conf. Edit that file and search for the section: "Changes to the Subject: line" In that section you can turn off or change the subject modifications for various problems found by MailScanner.
