You migh want to try "Flush All Block" and then restart CSF.


After this, double check tou csf.allow to make 100% sure that it is not listed.

Finally, add the IP in theblock list from the GUI.

If you want to blocker user to see that they are blocked, you'll need to setup the "Messenger service" in CSF configuration.

With the Messenger service, you can also setup a Captcha to let the user unban themself
