I can see the email in MailControl, and when I click on View/Status, I can view all the info about the email, including Message ID (1c8vmk-000NeO-JE), IP info, Subject, Header IP's, and the Headers, etc, but on the Contents line it says: "Message not found in quarantine" I can navigate to the email ...

Yes, I moved the directory, but I updated the config file to point at the new directory, home/MailScanner Both the incoming and quarantine directory are being updated in the new spot, so the system is seeing and writing to those directories. Sarah - Thanks. That fixed the error :) The issue happened when a server update enabled cPanel's built in Clamd, so I restored a couple of backups to fix things, and ended up restoring the wrong clamd.conf file. Lines 83-93 now look like this: # Path to a local socket file the daemon will listen on....
