Hi Sergio. Where would this be under? Relay Tracking?

RT_AUTHRELAY_LIMIT is set to 100
RT_AUTHRELAY_BLOCK is set to 0

It's my understanding that this will send an alert but not do any blocking.

This happened again on 15/JAN and I've just noticed now because clients are not receiving mail. I haven't restarted the firewall yet and mails are still being blocked from going out. However, I am able to ping the remote SMTP server and I can even connect to it on port 465, which is the same port I'...

Ok, do this in CSF: - Go to "Search System Logs". - Select "/var/log/maillog" - Search for the IP. Please post some lines but clearing the IP or other sensitive info like email address. I did a grep, but I didn't see anything that seemed like it might be relevant. After reading that when CSF is res...

When there are not failures logs in CSF is due that EXIM is the one that checks emails before anything else. Have you tried to whitelist the IP in EXIM? I have, although I'm not 100% sure where I should whitelist it. I think where it's whitelisted currently is for incoming mail. But the problem is,...

67.xxx.xxx.11 is the server itself, the localhost, running CSF and the PHP app. 188.xxx.xxx.202 is the remote SMTP server. I have access to both servers and I was monitoring the incoming packets on the SMTP server while I tried to get my PHP application to send mail from 67.xxx.xxx.11. There was not...

Search the iP on the following files: /var/log/exim_rejeclog /var/log/maillog /var/log/lfd.log And post the info if something appears in there. There is nothing in these logs. I searched by IP and also by timestamp (everything between 09:00:01 and 09:10:59. I also tried restarting just lfd earlier....

I have been having this issue for a while, and so far, have not been able to figure out what the problem is. Everything will work as expected for a few days, sometimes longer. Then, suddenly, mail sent out by PHP with SMTP gets blocked and will not go out until I restart CSF. There is nothing releva...

Hi NETLINK, in this case i cannot help. Check in the CSF you have allowed port for outgoing email. Usually the relay issue is not related to CSF from what i know about mail server and personal past experience with relay issue. Be sure to authenticate outgoing email. Try to search the error on Googl...

Hi! I am fairly sure, yes. This happens with all outgoing. Relay domains, local domains, even mails configured to go out using remote SMTP servers.

Hi, Every so often, outgoing mail gets blocked on my cPanel server. All messages are bounced back with following error: 550-Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. 550-xxxxxx.com [xx.xxx.xxx.xx]:53492 is not permitted to relay 550 through this server without authentication. When I re...
