CSF Cluster members failing to update iptables/ipset
This post can be deleted - We found a bug in the way Imunify360 integrates with CSF whereby it removes the iptables entry but fails to add the IP to its own greylist ipset list.

Intermittent hanging upon load
So, as you moved my last post out of this section I'm going to raise it again. Around 10% of our productions machines (those with high numbers of accounts) have a problem with the newer versions of CMC. A stack trace shows the LOCK_SH blocking when opening files for reading in /var/cpanel/users cmc....

Re: LiteSpeed - 2.09 breaks
OK, this is not related to LiteSpeed. This is occuring on sporadic servers running Centos 7, cPanel 62 with EA4. We see this behaviour on around 10% of our installations.

Re: LiteSpeed - 2.09 breaks
We're a long time user of CXS with a lot of licenses. I'm quite sure that this wouldn't be a massive issue to fix. We're willing to pay for a fix. We're probably not the only host using LiteSpeed. Please provide an email address so I can provide you with proof we are a good customer of yours, and le...

False Positives for well known files
I have read your advice regarding using the ignore file - but I work at a UK host, and we have a lot of CXS licenses, on servers which host thousands of Magento sites - many of whom use Extendware - nearly all of this company addons are obfuscated and are flagged up: Known exploit = [Fingerprint Mat...

csf.pignore just not working!
These are our settings on a number of mixed centos installations (Centos 6, and 7) running latest Cloudlinux kernels. We have dozens of servers for which csf.pignore is just not working csf:v8.22 PT_LIMIT = "600" PT_INTERVAL = "60" PT_SKIP_HTTP = "0" PT_ALL_USERS = &quo...

File permissions danger
cxsWatch, in particular /etc/cxs/cxswatch.sh ignores the --logfile parameter so I can't put this logfile anywhere safe. The result is that it always logs into /var/log/cxswatch.log If the file is deleted, and the service restarted, it creates the file chmod 644. As /var/log/ is readable by all, isn'...

Re: Include statements in ignore files
This would be very handy when you have dozens of servers and you want to distribute a standard set of ignored IPs but still want to be able to make local amendments.
Include in csf.ignore and csf.pignore please!!!!
