Usually this is caused by some problem in /etc/localdomains or /etc/secondarymx, which is where the MSFE back-end script gets the domain list. You should check these files for anything odd, any duplicate lines, blank lines, strange characters, etc.

You need to contact cPanel to find out how they calculate it. CMM just uses the cPanel function and does not do any calculations itself. It is cPanel that creates and manages the limit, cmm just provides a secondary interface to set this limit.

I'm not sure if this will work for all attachments, you will need to do some testing. For the second question, it is a...

CMM uses the cPanel hourly email limit function so it does not do it within cmm itself. Information about this function can be found in the cPanel documentation: https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+to+Set+Email+Send+Limits If that document does not answer your question then you should c...

The new window feature was removed because cPanel have added the ability to minimise their menu so the plugin can be viewed in the full window. You can open msfe in a new window by modifying the msfe URL like this: https://server.domain.com:2087/cgi/configserver/mailscanner.cgi?action=mailcontrol&to...

All options are not available in the GUI or command wizards. If you wish to use some of the more advanced options then you need to use the command line interface.

That option has not been removed, it is still there. Search the cxs documentation for the --options setting, specifically --options W.
