Is it best to remove cmc also, or am I OK leaving it installed?

I just had to remove mod_security from my Apache build because of an incompatibility with Ruid2.

Is it best to remove cmc also, or am I OK leaving it installed?

I hope to use mod_sec one day when the issue is resolved.

Will cmc work when the rulesets are specified in the config file via Include directives as opposed to the actual rules being posted in the config file. For some reason mailscanner did not show up as one of the database under the WHM mysql Repair a database option. BTW early this morning exim started failing all together on one system, apparently because of this issue:

Dec 10 08:56:28 exim: exim: -D is not available in this Exim binary

In regard to the latest security bulletin regarding exim,

/usr/mscpanel/msswitch inout says no such file on my system...
