Exactly the same problem. All reds, nothing working. Started about 2 months ago.
Everything is just red in WHM. I've made this screenshot:

It only has a subset (Spamcop and SORBS) but I can any amount of RBLs, it simply doesn't work.

Since a few weeks the CSF Real time blocklists checker in WHM stopped working.
