Definitely o365 related.
Mine is working again as normal too.
The headers contain MIME-Version and Content-Type lines again.
For some reason they weren't being added by o365.
Who knows what they were doing....

I have found a workaround. The issue seems to be with o365 exchange. I have my root email forwarded to my o365 exchange account. lfd was set to send alerts to default which is root.
