2 month old threat and no answers by now? Is the error message so unknown or so stupid?

This is all I tried by now:
exe:/usr/bin/perl /usr/bin/monitorix-httpd
exe:/usr/bin/perl monitorix-httpd
cmd:/usr/bin/perl monitorix-httpd pcmd:/usr/bin/perl /usr/bin/monitorix.*

Nothing helped by now.
