Well I'm sure I'm daft on this, but after reading the new blog update at https://blog.configserver.com/?p=3472 today, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with that file at all.

Would anyone be so kind as to provide a bit of guidance?

Thank you :)

Hi CSF'ers, I'm interested in feedback from any / all regarding this... cPanel seems to really be encouraging us to switch from maildir to mdbox , but I'm very hesitant when it comes to changes that can affect thousands of email user accounts, so I'm hoping to get opinions from my fellow CP+MS packa...

Thank you for the reply and for the tip Sarah. Example in point - one of my users registered an admin account for me on his WordPress yesterday, and the message came through to me tagged as spam. This is on a brand new server that I just recently purchased the CP+MS package for from you a couple mon...

Yeah same here, another big wave of FTP attacks happening like it did about 4 months ago or so. People who abuse the web and/or create malware are too stupid to realize that they're most likely hurting a friend or family member somewhere who works the web in some capacity. Hosting is a tough enough ...

About 70% of my customers on my small shared hosting service have WordPress installed, and Mailscanner seems to mark all messages from WordPress sites as spam. Whether it's via a contact form on the sites, or even just the automated notifications from WP (such as password change alerts, new user reg...

Hi folks, I know from the FAQ that I can set CSF to ignore this process / warning, but considering that I've been getting this message for over a day now and tonight the server it's happening on went into a load spike it's probably best I don't ignore it. But I can't for the life of me find out how ...

Same kind of thing just started happening on my servers recently right after having the ConfigServer CP+MS package re-installed on them a couple weeks ago... getting tons of these even on sites that don't have scripts installed where CXS is detecting the "Web upload script file..." The strange thing...

Thank you for the helpful information Linuxlover, I appreciate the response.

I've even tried this basically wide-open setting:

To: *@* and From: *@example.com yes

And even with that in place, sometimes the messages are still marked as spam. A bit of a conundrum eh?
