Isn't View mailbox contents a privacy issue? Isn't this why cPanel natively did not provide this feature for non-user Admins? Natively, you cannot just view a MB w/o a PW. While you could change it if you were an admin or go to the back-end and decrypt or whatever, it would take effort or a loggable transaction vs so easy of a "spy on people" feature for, let's say junior support reps who would need access to WHM.

Just a thought/concern. There may be no right or wrong on this and having "more" always seems better, but I can see cases (especially with medical Clients w/ email) where this is a bad idea.....or maybe certain accounts can have a disable this feature option, settable by admins or something.
